Our Lion’s Team

Leo Levengood, President

I am a Case Manager for Lion’s Pride Care. I have dedicated my career to helping those with a disability live as independently as possible. My Case Management experience is that I worked for Western Montana Mental Health from 11/02 to 4/13, the United States Postal Service from 11/13 to 5/16, and Lion’s Pride Care from 9/15 to Present. My education consists of a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Walden University, where I graduated 2/15 with a GPA of 3.85 with Magn Cum Laude Honors. I enjoy bowling, softball, and outdoor activities. I also do volunteer work with the Community Advisory Committee for WIND, Kiwanis, and Cheyenne Frontier Days.

Deb Adams, Secretary

I am a Loan Servicing Specialist for Banner Capital Bank. I have been in banking for over 25 years. My education consists of a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. GO Jayhawks! I have been a volunteer for Cheyenne Frontier Days for over 28 years, and have volunteered for Habitats for Humanity, and Meals on Wheels. I was Volunteer of the Year for Cheyenne Frontier Days in 2006 and an Assistant since 2007. I am the proud mother of two boys, Andrew and Brendyn. In my off-time, I enjoy camping, bowling, softball, volleyball, and rock hounding.

Stu Wolf, Treasurer

Stuart grew up in Cheyenne. His parents started Marv’s Place Pawn Shop in 1973. He worked in the company from 1985 until it’s closing in 2022. He worked in various capacities for the business, from customer service to accounts payable and accounts receivable. He, his father and their management team opened Marv’s Other Place as a gun shop that did pawn loans on the side. When gun laws changed, it became hard to get new inventories after 2012 and the business closed in 2017. In 2019 when people were told to stay home and many were paid to do so, the pawn business dried up for the smaller shops around the country. Marv’s Place Pawn Shop closed its doors at the end of 2022.

Stuart has been involved in Mount Sinai Synagogue since 2006 as a board member, serving as treasurer for the span of about 5 years. Stuart’s larges passion is his family, wife Liz, and sons, Benjamin and Simon. Somewhere in there is bowling as well.

Anna Thompson, Board Member

I am retired from the Wyoming Department of Transportation after 28 years, position at retirement as Senior Grants Program Manager. I was a founding Member of the Volunteer Transportation Project in 2019. At present, I am the President of the Rocky Mountain Synodical Women’s Organization, chairperson for the St. Paul’s Grace in Action Committee, and Treasurer for the St. Paul’s Women of the ELCA. I have volunteered for Cheyenne Frontiers Days for over 25 years serving as an Assistant for the Operations Committee. I was inducted as a HEEL in the 2023 Class and volunteer for the CFD Old West Museum. MY education consists of a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wyoming class of 1985. I am a past adjunct faculty member of Laramie County Community College teaching Salesmanship. I volunteer for the Cheyenne Civic Center, the Cheyenne Little Theater Players, and have been a member of the National Association of Women Highway Safety Leaders since 1987.

John Levengood, Board Member

My name is John Levengood, and I’m Leo’s nephew. A little about me, I’m a Transformer nut, and avid video game player/streamer. An overall high-tech redneck so to speak. I am currently in Laramie County Community College studying for a degree in RF Communications System Engineering.

I wasn’t certain what I was getting myself into when Leo asked me to be a part of Lion’s Disability Transport Services. But I agreed with him that this service is needed, not just in Laramie County but all over the country. I feel we might not be able to do the entire country, but we can help one county.
